Damaged Concrete Floor is a production-grade PBR material designed for direct integration into modern shader pipelines. It captures the rough, old character of real floor surfaces without forcing you to spend an evening rebaking maps.

Resolution scales up to 16K, packaged across JPG, PNG and EXR. The set covers color, normal, roughness, displacement, AO channels — exactly what a metallic-roughness pipeline needs to render predictably.

Built for product visualisers who need a material to drop into a scene and stay there. Damaged Concrete Floor works equally well in real-time engines and offline renderers, on hero close-ups and on background fillers.

Compatible with Unreal Engine, Unity, 3ds Max, Marmoset Toolbag and Blender. The asset uses standard channel naming (BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, Metalness, Displacement, AO), and ships in formats every importer understands.
