Dirty Tiles delivers a floor PBR set hand-checked before listing. Tiling is verified, normal-map direction is documented, and the channels are exported at the resolution your project needs.

Resolution scales up to 16K, packaged across JPG, PNG and EXR. The set covers color, normal, roughness, displacement, AO channels — exactly what a metallic-roughness pipeline needs to render predictably.

Built for product visualisers who need a material to drop into a scene and stay there. Dirty Tiles works equally well in real-time engines and offline renderers, on hero close-ups and on background fillers.

Compatible with Unity, Houdini, Marmoset Toolbag, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine. The asset uses standard channel naming (BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, Metalness, Displacement, AO), and ships in formats every importer understands.
